Pankaj (PJ) Paneru, M. Eng., MBA, currently serves as the Business Unit Manager at HarcoSemco since April 2024. Prior to this role, Pankaj was the Business Development Manager for North America at Settima Meccanica srl from December 2019 to March 2024. Pankaj's extensive experience in sales and engineering includes positions such as Outside Sales Engineer at DL Thurrott and Sr. Sales Engineer at Colfax Fluid Handling. Pankaj began the professional journey at Burt Process Equipment, Inc. as a Sales & Design Engineer, and also worked as an Engineering Intern at Liquid Piston. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Research Associate at The Birch Group LLC and as an intern at the National Science Foundation (NSF) at the University of Hartford. Pankaj earned an MBA with a focus on Marketing from the University of Hartford and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Haven.
