Matthew Knepp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Matthew is currently the Sales Director at Harco Manufacturing Group, LLC since February 2020. Matthew was responsible for creating engineering work plans, ensuring successful delivery of performance, and developing verification plans.

Matthew's career began with a role as an Engineering Coop at Honda of America Mfg., Inc. in 2001, and a Summer Intern position at General Motors in 2000.
