Tara Hernandez currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Harc, Inc. since March 2024 and has been an Administrative Assistant at Breakfast Belles LLC since July 2021. Previously, Tara held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Surf Clean Energy from November 2022 to July 2023 and at WANHO MFG LLC from July 2021 to November 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Elementary School Teacher at Glen Cove Public Schools from September 2020 to June 2021 and as a Teaching Assistant at Hewlett-Woodmere UFSD from September 2018 to June 2019. Tara earned a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Queens College and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the same institution.
