Niki Belmares has a strong background in human resources management. Niki currently works as the Human Resources Director at Laurel Ridge Treatment Center since 2022. Prior to their current position, they served as the HR Director of Strategy at The Children's Hospital of San Antonio from 2014-2022. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at CPS Energy from 2005-2014.

Niki Belmares obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2006.
