Laura McLeod possesses extensive experience in the arts and cultural sector, currently serving as the Interim Chief Programming Officer and Director of Cultural Engagement at Harbourfront Centre since October 2016. Prior roles include Senior Producer at Soulpepper Theatre Company, Director of Operations at Dancap Productions Inc., General Manager at Harold Green Jewish Theatre Company, Patron Services Manager at Young Centre for the Performing Arts, Producer at Marquis Entertainment, and General Manager at The Actors Centre in the UK. Laura McLeod holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Drama Specialist from the University of Toronto, completed between 1991 and 1995, and has foundational education from Collingwood Collegiate Institute.
