Nicholas (Nick) St. Laurent is a professional with a diverse background in technology and management. Currently serving as a NOC Support T1 at Harbor Networks since August 2021, Nick's previous experience includes founding Travelogue LLC, where responsibilities included developing a customer loyalty app and managing a team of seven employees while handling finances and legal documentation from January 2015 to December 2017. Earlier experience at Crystal Caves Family Entertainment Center from March 2010 to August 2014 focused on enhancing customer relations and multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment. Nick holds a High School Diploma from Worcester Academy and a CompTIA A+ Certificate from Per Scholas, earned in 2021.
