Erika Holtz, PEng, DAR, has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as the Engineering and Quality Manager at Harbour Air Seaplanes since February 2012, where notable achievements include the successful first flight of an electric commercial aircraft in December 2019. As President and Owner of EJ Holtz Inc. since April 2010, Erika oversees aircraft modification and repair design requests. Previously, from 2003 to 2009, Erika held multiple managerial roles at International Aeroproducts Incorporated, where responsibilities included engineering certification and documentation for significant Design Approvals. Erika holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, completed in June 2001.
