Since January 2015, Jack Nichols has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Harborside Inc. and its predecessor FLRish Inc. Mr. Nichols plays a critical role at the executive level, managing all legal matters for the Company, spearheading new policy, overseeing the Company’s compliance team in a rapidly changing landscape, and working with management to mitigate risk.

As part of his commitment to the advancement of regulatory policy in the cannabis industry, he sits on the Federal Policy Advisory Group for CCIA (California Cannabis Industry Association). His long career in law enforcement prior to joining us culminated with his role as Special Assistant US Attorney in the District of Maine, followed by General Counsel for Creative Services, Inc., a global security firm serving corporate and government market sectors.
