Brian Gabarda is an experienced engineering professional specializing in PCB design and project management within the electronics sector. Currently serving as an Application Engineer (Project Lead) at Harbor Electronics since September 2017, Brian oversees complex ATE board design projects, managing customer interactions, project costing, and scheduling. Prior roles include PCB Design Engineer at Intel Corporation, R&D Engineer at Agilent Technologies, and senior positions at Microchip Technology, where Brian contributed to ATE hardware design and development. With a foundational background as a Hardware CAD Engineer at Integrated Micro-Electronics, Brian has demonstrated expertise in design methodologies across various platforms, supported by a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
