Morgan Gould has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. They began their career at John Hancock as an Investment Assistant, where they completed annual reviews and assisted with presentations and reports. They then progressed to roles in marketing, starting as a Marketing Assistant and then becoming a Marketing Analyst. Eventually, they advanced to the position of Senior Marketing Analyst. In 2020, Morgan joined Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. as a Distribution Intelligence Analyst, and later became a Senior Distribution Intelligence Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Marketing Insights.

Morgan Gould received a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they also attended Vesalius College for a brief period, where they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
