Iñigo Martínez Salazar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Iñigo is currently an Executive Account Manager at Harbiz, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Dragonfly Label as a Business Development professional, where they negotiated with clients, developed the brand, and maintained the website using Shopify. From January 2018 to July 2021, Iñigo was the Co-Owner, Social Media & Marketing Manager at Chula Cantina Mexicana, Canggu, Bali, where they developed the business model, managed a team, and controlled the budget. As a Freelance Production Assistant at Coyote Production Company from February 2019 to June 2021, they developed and managed project budgets, coordinated technical material, and supervised a team. Before that, Iñigo served as a Manager at Top Shop Restaurant from September 2014 to December 2017, where they were responsible for stock management, customer complaints, and multitasking. Iñigo also worked as a Freelance Production Assistant at Flamingo Amigos Production Company from October 2016 to November 2017, assisting in a stressful on-set environment and supporting tasks of the Production Manager. In addition, Iñigo worked as a Manager Assistant at Kinoko Japanese Restaurant from April 2013 to September 2014, where they handled stock control, customer communication, and complaint management.

Inñigo Martínez Salazar has a diverse education history. In 2008-2010, they attended IES José Luis Garci, where they completed Formación Profesional de Grado Superior in Producción audiovisual, radio y espectáculos. From 2011-2013, they studied at IES Gerardo Diego, obtaining Formación Profesional de Grado Superior in Desarrollo de aplicaciones web. In 2013-2014, they pursued a Certificate Level II & III in English Language IELTS at BBELS School in Byron Bay, Australia. Lastly, in 2014-2016, they acquired a Certificate Level IV in Commercial Cookery & Hospitality from Envirotech Education.
