Ben Winkel is a Senior High Voltage Systems Engineer at ENC - ElDorado National California Inc. since November 2022, with prior experience at Polaris Inc. from June 2019 to November 2022 as an Electric & Hybrid Powertrain Systems Engineer. At Polaris, Ben managed customer relationships for vehicle and powertrain system requirements, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and developed specifications for various components including battery management systems and inverters. Ben's engineering development program included rotations focusing on traction battery systems, electrical systems, vehicle communication networks, and leading electrical engineering efforts for new product introductions. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Minnesota and has experience as an electrical engineering intern at Ulteig. Additionally, Ben was a student-athlete in gymnastics during university years and participated in mentoring interns and campus recruiting.
