Anis Kallel is a Co-Founder and CTO of Flouci (by Kaoun), a financial super-app for francophone Africa that provides digital onboarding and financial services for the unbanked and underserved. Kallel also serves as a Fellow at Harambeans and as a Global Shaper in the Tunis Hub of the World Economic Forum. Prior experience includes working as a Regional Associate for Africa at Seedstars, where Kallel contributed to promoting and investing in emerging market startups, and holding internship positions at Microsoft and Electronic Arts, focusing on program management. Kallel's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business from the University of Rochester and studies in Computer Science at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
