Sushant Randive is an experienced product leader currently serving as Associate Director of Product - Head of GenAI Products and Services at Haptik since May 2019. Sushant spearheads the development of innovative GenAI initiatives, leading a talented team focused on various applications including custom RAG applications and language translation tools. Prior roles at Haptik as Senior Product Manager and Product Manager involved successful enhancements of critical Conversational AI Products and significant increases in customer feedback collection rates. Sushant's earlier career includes entrepreneurial ventures with Gloodto and Caralel, as well as software engineering roles at CitiusTech and LNT Infotech, where substantial contributions to healthcare solutions and efficiency tools were made. Sushant holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and several management qualifications.
