Sophie Evans is an experienced Area Manager at Happytel Retail Group since November 2021, overseeing a small kiosk and a team of six, specializing in smartphone accessories, tech products, and repairs while ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Prior to this role, Sophie worked as a Food and Beverage Assistant at OASIS AU, where responsibilities included preparing and serving Middle-Eastern dishes, and gained cross-departmental experience. Previous experience also includes positions as a Barista at Meetings Coffee, a Waitress at Edna's Place, and as a Team Leader at Trampoline Gelato, where Sophie managed a team and prepared gelato desserts. Sophie completed education at Caulfield Grammar School between 2012 and 2017.
