Anand Venkatraman has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Anand is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Happysales AI, a role they took on in 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at CleverTap from 2022 to 2023. From 2018 to 2022, Anand worked at Freshworks as the Senior Vice President and General Manager, responsible for the APJ, India, Middle East, and Africa regions. Anand focused on building regional presence, growing the ecosystem, and driving customer intimacy. Before Freshworks, Anand held prominent positions at Akamai Technologies, Salesforce, Microsoft, IBM, Sonata Software, and Wipro Ltd. At these companies, they took on various leadership roles and demonstrated expertise in areas such as business development, alliances, sales, and marketing. Anand has consistently achieved strong results, including turning around businesses and driving rapid growth.

Anand Venkatraman completed their Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Nagpur University in 1999. Anand then pursued further education and obtained their MBA in Marketing & Systems from Pondicherry University in 2001.
