Rutger van den Noort serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Franchisenemer at HappyNurse since January 2021, leading multiple locations across the Netherlands. As the founder of Newcalf, Rutger supports innovation efforts across various companies. Additionally, Rutger holds the rank of Luitenant ter Zee (2e klasse) in the Koninklijke Marine Reserve since November 2019, applying professional skills to the Dutch defense forces. Experience includes roles in innovation, transformation, and business management at companies such as DFE Pharma, Syngenta, and Delinuts. Rutger’s academic qualifications include a PhD in Innovation Management from Delft University of Technology and military leadership training from the Royal Military Academy.
