Gregg Weiss currently serves as the VP of Strategic Growth at Happy Valley Genetics, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Weiss held multiple roles at Happy Valley from July 2018, including VP of Technology & Strategic Growth and VP of Technology & Marketing. Prior experience includes serving as COO at LEAF Grow, where Weiss contributed to the development of an innovative medical cannabis growing system, and as Founder of Canna Holdings, which produced educational symposia on medical cannabis. Weiss founded and led Blue Whale Apps, a mobile app development company acquired in 2016, and co-founded GRAVIDI, an interactive video platform. Additional roles include founding Optimum Lead Generation and holding various marketing and business development positions at Gulfstream Internet Group, SoBe Entertainment, and AOL Music. Weiss holds an Associates Degree in Music & Video Business from The Art Institutes.
