Michael Chamberlayne serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Happy Money since May 2024. Previously, Michael held the CFO position at Camino Financial from January 2018 to November 2023, where efforts focused on providing affordable credit to underserved entrepreneurs through innovative AI technology. Michael's earlier experience includes a role as Vice President at Wolfe Research, LLC, where insights on mid-sized and Fortune 500 transportation companies were provided to institutional investors. Additionally, Michael was Vice President in Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets, a Senior Risk Analyst at Wachovia Bank, and an Information Analyst at Bank of America. Michael earned an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from Morehouse College.
