Bertrand Di Folco has held various IT roles since 2000. Bertrand began as a Level 2 Hotline Technician at Apple in 2000, then progressed to an IT Support Technician at Aldorande in 2003, where they were responsible for on-site audits, installations, support and troubleshooting of Mac CPUs, Xserve and third-party peripherals. From 2011 to 2021, they worked as a System and Network Administrator at Agence Babel, and is currently an IT Office Manager at happn.
Bertrand Di Folco earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Services from Lycée Turquetil between 1988 and 1991.
