Ana Fernandes has worked in various customer service roles since 1999. Ana began their career at ONI as a Back Office Supervisor in 1999. Ana then moved to Rangel Logistics Solutions in 2000 as a Customer Service Manager. In 2005, they joined Pixmania Pro.com, where they held the roles of Customer Service Manager and Southern Europe Supervisor. In 2015, they became the Customer Relationships Responsible at MARIONNAUD. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Head of Customer Support at Teezily. Most recently, they have been the Head Of Customer Service at happn since 2021.

Ana Fernandes obtained a Degree in Commercial Law from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa between 1994 and 1999.
