Digambar Hadawale is a Senior Executive in Quality at Happilo since September 2022, where responsibilities include establishing quality control procedures and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Previously, Digambar served as a Senior Chemist QA/QC at Kishlay Foods Pvt. Ltd. from October 2020 to February 2022, managing the quality assurance function and collaborating with the Quality Manager for continuous product improvement. Prior experience includes working as a QA/QC Associate at ITC Foods Limited from June 2018 to October 2020, where Digambar coordinated with various teams for effective shop floor operations and quality management. Digambar holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Arunodaya Degree College (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Agasti Art Commerce and Dadasaheb Rupawate Science (2015-2019).
