Slavica Krcmar currently serves as Executive Director at TWILL MONTENEGRO DOO since March 2023, following a role as People & Office Operations Manager within the same company from July 2022 to February 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at MFI Monte Credit DOO from March 2020 to March 2022, and as Manager of the Branch Network Division at Atlas Banka AD Podgorica from September 2018 to April 2019. Slavica Krcmar also held several positions at Alpha Bank Serbia, including Deputy Manager of the Branch Network Division and Branch Manager of the Novi Sad Branch, and worked within the SME Corporate Division at Erste Banka Srbija. Early career stages included roles as Senior Account Manager at ProCredit Bank a.d. Belgrade and Customer Service Officer at Raiffeisen Bank Serbia. Academic qualifications include a VII Visoko obrazovanje in Finances and Accounting from the Faculty of Economy in Subotica, University of Novi Sad, completed in 2002.
