Lauren Smith currently serves as Production Manager for the Ten Percent Happier Podcast, following progressive roles as Producer and Associate Producer within the same organization since May 2022. Previously, Lauren worked as a Production Assistant at StoryCorps from November 2020 to April 2022, contributing to the weekly production of broadcasts for NPR's Morning Edition through various administrative and editorial tasks. Additionally, Lauren gained experience as a Production Intern at StoryCorps in 2019. Lauren holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Integrated Media Arts from Hunter College, with a completion date in 2021.
