Stjepan Roić started their work experience with a summer internship at CS Computer Systems in 2016, where they worked in the cyber security department, specifically on the Checkpoint MDM solution. Later that year, they also worked as a Data Analyst for Hrvatska Lutrija until 2018.

In 2018, Stjepan joined Hrvatska Lutrija as a Network Engineer, where they were responsible for planning and designing the company's network and server infrastructure. Stjepan also configured and administered Cisco and Mikrotik network devices, as well as Windows server infrastructure.

In 2021, Stjepan joined Axilis as a Network Engineer, where they administered the existing Superbet group network and planned and deployed new systems and office networks.

Most recently, in 2022, Stjepan joined Happening as a Network Engineer, where they continue to work.

Stjepan Roić obtained their Master's degree in Information Technology from FER, where they studied from 2012 to 2018. In 2017, they also briefly attended Radboud University to focus on the field of Cyber Security. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, Stjepan attended II. gimnazija.
