Rudolf Jurišić has a diverse work experience in various roles within the software development and web development fields. Rudolf recently joined Happening as an Engineering Manager in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bornfight from 2018 to 2022, starting as a Software Development Team Lead and later transitioning to the role of Software Development Team Manager. In this role, Rudolf was responsible for the individual growth and overall enhancement of the team, ensuring their motivation and career development.

Before Bornfight, Rudolf worked at Degordian from 2013 to 2018, initially as a Software Developer and then as a Software Development Team Lead. Rudolf led a team of 5 people and actively participated in their job and career satisfaction. Rudolf mainly worked on big-scale projects, including web apps and APIs, and gained experience with multiple frameworks such as Yii, Yii2, and Symfony.

Rudolf also has experience in freelancing, where they worked as a Web Developer on their own projects for 6 months in 2013. These projects focused on gaining high traffic using SEO techniques and continue to generate passive income.

Prior to freelancing, Rudolf worked at Qmini d.o.o. as a Web Developer from 2012 to 2013. Rudolf worked on websites using Joomla and Wordpress, utilizing their knowledge of SEO and contributing to the development of custom PHP solutions and plugins.

Rudolf's early work experience includes a role as a Web Developer at Oglas d.o.o. from 2009 to 2012. Here, they gained extensive knowledge of SEO while managing a system of real estate websites. Rudolf also developed new features for a custom framework and focused on collecting customer leads through SEO methods.

Rudolf Jurišić attended PMF - Matematički odsjek from 2003 to 2009. Rudolf also attended Gimnazija Cakovec from 1998 to 2002. Rudolf holds a certification in Introduction to Music Production from Coursera, which they obtained in April 2013.
