Dorotea Vidak has a strong background in software engineering and development. Dorotea began their career at Zagrebačka banka in 2018 as a Software Developer, where they worked until 2019. In 2019, they joined Sedam IT as a Software Developer for a few months before moving on to Infinum, where they served as a JavaScript Engineer from September 2019 to November 2020. In 2020, Dorotea joined Axilis as a Software Engineer and worked there until 2022. Dorotea is currently working at Happening as a Software Engineer. In addition to their roles in various companies, Dorotea also owns and works as a Software Engineer at TTT, obrt za računalne djelatnosti.

Dorotea Vidak completed their education in a chronological order as follows. From 2011 to 2015, they attended XV. gimnazija, Zagreb, where they obtained their high school education. Dorotea then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and Information Systems at FER from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they attended Infinum Academy, specializing in JavaScript, for a brief period. Following that, Dorotea Vidak furthered their education at FER, completing a Master's degree in Software Engineering and Information Systems from 2019 to 2021.
