Janina Frauendiener is an experienced professional in the field of information technology and customer service. Currently serving as an Information Technology Coordinator and Senior Coordinator for Customer Service Import at Hapag-Lloyd AG since August 2017, Janina has developed a strong skill set in these roles. Prior to this, Janina worked at United Arab Shipping Company (S.A.G.) from August 2002 to August 2017, where responsibilities included Customer Service Import and PEX, starting as a Trainee. Education includes studies at the Open University from 2014 to 2017 and graduation from Staatliche Handelsschule Berliner Tor between 2002 and 2005.
