Foad Naddafi currently serves as the Artistic Director for Shows, Sports, and Wellness at Hapag-Lloyd Cruises since May 2023, focusing on luxury cruises and events aboard the highly rated MV EUROPA 2 and MV EUROPA. Prior to this role, Foad worked as a Producer at nugget Film from June 2022 to May 2023, contributing to CHUNK Film. Foad has a decade of experience with AIDA Cruises, where responsibilities included leading TV Development and Productions, Broadcast and Media Technics, and overseeing the film department both on land and at sea. Earlier in the career, Foad held positions at Entertainia Unterhaltungsgesellschaft mbH and ENDEMOL Deutschland GmbH, specializing in TV format development and assistance in production. Foad completed a degree in Kaufmann für audiovisuelle Medien, TV & Film Produktionen at Joseph-DuMont-Berufskollegium from 2009 to 2012.
