Seung-Woo Lee has a wide range of experience in the financial industry. Seung-Woo is currently serving as the Head of Strategic Investment Planning at HANWHA LIFE CO., LTD. since January 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Hanwha Asset Management Pte. Ltd. starting from December 2015. Seung-Woo also worked as a Director at Hanwha Group for a substantial period, from September 1995 to November 2015.

Seung-Woo Lee holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance, General from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they completed from 2011 to 2012. Prior to this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from Yonsei University. In 2019, they also obtained a certification in CMFAS from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
