Vance Collins currently serves as Vice President of Technology at Hantover and has extensive experience in technology leadership. Prior roles include Vice President of Technology at Flight Schedule Pro, DSI®, and Simplifyy, where Vance optimized software development processes and built high-performing teams. As a public speaker since October 2017, Vance engages diverse audiences with presentations on IT and leadership, utilizing humor and relevant anecdotes. Vance also taught IT concepts as an adjunct faculty member at Johnson County Community College and the University of Phoenix. Vance holds a Master of Management in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Friends University.
