Jim Tierney is a seasoned frontend developer with extensive experience in leading development teams and fostering technical creativity. Currently serving as the Frontend Team Lead at Hanson Dodge since March 2016, Jim emphasizes code standards and manages project budgets, while also addressing legacy browser support challenges. Previously, Jim held roles at Ascedia from August 2010 to March 2016, where responsibilities included both writing code and mentoring team members as a Senior Interface Developer and Technical Team Lead. Jim's career in web development began at Smart Marketing from February 2006 to August 2010 as a Creative Director, focusing on graphic and web design, illustration, and front-end development. Jim holds a BFA in Fine Arts with a concentration in Painting from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, obtained between 1998 and 2004.
