Flint Callaway is an accomplished business owner and project manager with extensive experience in various sectors of construction and consulting. Since May 2018, Flint has served as the Business Owner at C40 Solutions LLC. Prior to this role, Flint held the position of Project Manager at Hanson Consulting Group from February 2015 to the present and at Hammond Construction from June 2014 to February 2015, focusing on exemplary service delivery in commercial tenant improvement projects. Flint has also managed projects and facilities at FLOFORM Countertops, the largest countertop manufacturing company in the Western U.S., from 2011 to 2013. Flint founded Callaway Construction Inc., a custom general contracting firm, and led it from March 1999 to November 2009, specializing in residential and commercial projects. Flint holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona and an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy, with recognition as Valedictorian from Sahuarita High School.
