Tim Koetje is a seasoned professional in project management and construction, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Hansen-Rice, Inc. since March 2015. In this role, Tim is responsible for managing various programs and projects to ensure client satisfaction through effective planning, directing, scheduling, and tracking of tasks. Previously, Tim held positions as a Project Manager, where oversight of construction projects from conception to completion took place, and as a Construction Engineer at GUERDON Modular Buildings, where Tim worked as a Project Estimator, analyzing blueprints and preparing cost estimates. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Boise State University, obtained in 2010.
