Manoj Mir has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Hanover Scotland since June 2016, where Manoj delivers a wide range of HR services to align with organizational objectives. Prior to this role, Manoj worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland from January 2008 to February 2016, holding positions as a Benefits Consultant, HR Advisor, and HR Health & Safety Advisor, contributing to employee benefits programs and providing expertise in employee relations and health and safety. Manoj holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Edinburgh Napier University, completed between 2011 and 2013.
