Julie Shenefield has a diverse work experience across various industries. Julie is currently serving as the Director of Account Management at Hanover Research. Before this, they worked at WorldStrides as a Senior Account Manager and an Account Manager. Prior to that, Julie was an Executive Recruiter at Ajilon and a Biology Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools. Julie also held positions as a School Counselor and Science Teacher at Fulton County Schools and as a Science Teacher at Cobb County School District. Additionally, Julie has experience as an Academic Advisor and Freshmen Orientation Instructor at Kent State University. Julie began their career as a Science Teacher at Cobb County School District.

Julie Shenefield holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Life Science Education from Ohio University. Julie also completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in School Counseling from Kent State University. In 2019, Julie obtained a Graduate Certificate in Leadership in Educational Technology from James Madison University. Additional certifications include Life Science Education and School Counseling.
