Jessica K. Ottwein, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience. Jessica K. currently works at Hanover Research, where they hold the positions of Research Director, Content Analyst, and Senior Research Associate. Prior to this, they worked at the University of North Texas, where they obtained their Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and also served as a Graduate Assistant and Research Assistant & Teaching Fellow. Before their time at the university, they worked as an English Teacher at Arlington ISD.

Jessica K. Ottwein, Ph.D. holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Psychology from the University of North Texas (2022). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English & Sociology from Texas Woman's University in 2013.
