Scott Olivo, SHRM-CP, is a Senior HR Systems Associate at Capital One, specializing in Workday solutions that align with organizational objectives. With experience in HR operations, Scott has successfully led enhancements in Workday, facilitated communication among cross-functional teams, and managed testing and implementation processes. Prior to Capital One, Scott served as a Benefits Analyst and Human Resources Analyst at Cummins Inc., where responsibilities included managing health savings accounts and troubleshooting HRIS issues. Additionally, Scott volunteers as a Deputy Sheriff with the Hanover County Sheriff’s Office. Academically, Scott holds a Master of Public Administration from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
