Karen Diaz is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Technologist in the Cardiac Cath Lab at Hannibal Regional since August 2017, Karen previously worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Manager of Organizational Development at Winnebago County, where responsibilities included designing and delivering people development strategies, improving organizational performance, and fostering staff engagement. Karen's earlier experience includes strategic planning and implementation management as a self-employed consultant, focusing on enhancing recruiting outcomes, employee performance structures, and organizational effectiveness. Karen holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Judson University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Rockford University, along with additional qualifications in Radiographic Science and Liberal Arts.
