Dave McNeil is the President/CEO of Hannah Solar Government Services LLC, a company specializing in solar energy systems for government and commercial clients. With a background in the US Army, Dave has held various leadership positions including Company Commander and Garrison Commander. COL(Ret) Dave also served as the Dep Chief of Staff for Reserve Affairs in 3rd US Army/ARCENT/CFLCC. Dave holds degrees in Computer Information Systems, Management, and Electrical Engineering.
