Lucas Hudon started their work experience as an Assistant Manager at Walgreens in December 2010 and later took on the role of Store Manager in December 2017. Lucas worked at Walgreens until August 2020. From August 2020 to June 2022, they worked as a Mental Health Counselor at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in New Hampshire. Since January 2022, Lucas has been working at Hannaford Supermarkets as a CAO lead.

Lucas Hudon obtained an Associate's degree in Psychology from Mount Washington Community College between 2010 and 2012.
