Tim Sheringham is a seasoned professional in construction management with extensive experience in project oversight and operations. Currently serving as the State Operations Manager at Hanlon Industries since September 2018, Tim manages a team of project managers and skilled tradesmen through all stages of the project lifecycle, encompassing client engagement, tender processes, contract negotiations, procurement, scheduling, construction, and handover. Prior to this role, Tim worked for the City of Greater Geelong from July 2008 to October 2018, holding positions as Project Manager for both Capital Projects and Facilities Maintenance. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Deakin University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
