Xiang Xue has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Starting in 1984, Xue worked as an Engineer at Huayue Microelectronics Co., Ltd. until 1989. From 1991 to 1995, Xue served as a Project Leader in the Product Development Department at Thomson Multimedia (Spore) Pte. Ltd. Following this, Xue joined Aztech in 1995 as a Program Manager in the Marketing Division. Moving on to Philips Electronics in 1997, Xue held the roles of Snr. Acct Manager in the PS Division from 1997 to 2005 and Snr. Mgr - Marketing in the same division from 2005 to 2006. Joining NXP Semiconductors in 2006, Xue served as the Marketing Director until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Xue worked as the Marketing Director at Trident Microsystems. Finally, Xue joined Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. in 2014, assuming the role of VP - Sales and BizDev, which is the most recent position held by Xue.

Xiang Xue obtained their B.Eng in Microelectronics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China during the period of 1980 to 1984. Later, from 1989 to 1991, they pursued their MBA in the field of MOT at the Asian Institute of Technology.
