Madhuchandra Kempashi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Hangyo IceCreams Pvt. Ltd. since June 2019, after holding positions as Assistant Manager and Senior Executive in HR & Admin within the same organization. Prior to this role, Madhuchandra was a Human Resources Officer at Shodha Toyota from February 2017 to June 2019 and worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Shine Job Consultancy and Business Solutions from July 2015 to August 2016. Madhuchandra Kempashi holds a Master of Commerce degree from Karnatak University.
