Senior Vice President, Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Banking at Hang Seng Bank

Mitchell To has a strong background in corporate and commercial banking, with experience at several major banks. Mitchell is currently a Senior Vice President at Hang Seng Bank, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Bank of China (Hong Kong) as a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking from 2018 to 2023. Before that, they were a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking at ICBC (Asia) from 2016 to 2018. Mitchell started their career at OCBC Wing Hang in 2012, where they worked as a Senior Officer in Equipment Finance until 2016.

Additionally, Mitchell To has obtained several certifications. In 2023, they became a Certified Environmental, Social and Governance Analyst (CESGA®) through the EFFAS - The European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies. In 2021, they completed a course on "Understanding the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)" offered by the Climate Disclosure Standards Board. Mitchell also completed a course on "Principles of Sustainable Finance" on Coursera in August 2021. In 2020, they obtained the certification of "Associate Credit Risk Management Professional" from The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers.
