Maggie Wong has extensive experience in the field of customer experience and insights. Maggie currently holds the position of Head of Customer Experience at Hang Seng Bank, where they have previously served as a Senior Manager in Customer Experience and Customer Management Transformation. Prior to their role at Hang Seng Bank, Maggie worked at Prudential Hong Kong as a Senior Manager in Customer Insights and Customer Propositions and Experience. Maggie has also held positions at HSBC as a Manager in Marketing, Customer Insights, and Market Research, and at Ipsos as an Associate Director and Project Director focusing on quantitative consumer research. In addition, they have worked at Synovate, Perception Research Services, TNS Research International, and The Nielsen Company in various research roles.
