Simon Dale has an extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Simon is currently working at HANetf as the Head of European Sales, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Simon worked as a Sales & Distribution Consultant, providing expertise in distribution strategy, investment communication, and sales data/insight development.

Simon also has experience in the financial industry, having served as a Director and Board Member at Woodford Funds (Ireland) ICAV from 2016 to 2020. Simon was responsible for various aspects of the distribution function, including sales and distribution strategy, partnership development, and recruitment and management of the sales team.

Before Woodford Funds, Simon held the position of Head of Sales at Woodford Investment Management from 2014 to 2019. In this role, they established the entire distribution function, including sales territories, strategic partnerships, and product development. Simon also managed a sales team and was involved in the planning and execution of conferences and events.

Prior to Woodford Investment Management, Simon worked at Matthews Asia as the Senior Vice President and Head of European Business Development for a year. Simon also had a long tenure at Invesco Perpetual, where they served as the UK Sales Manager from 2000 to 2013. In this role, they led a team of 17 people, managed a budget, and built relationships with key firms. Simon also played a vital strategic role in setting the sales strategy and introducing structural changes to meet market needs.

Simon's career began at Schroders Unit Trusts Ltd, where they had various roles, including Broker Liaison Executive and Clientline Executive. Simon was involved in unit trust dealing, client communication, and staff training. Prior to that, they worked at Prudential Property Services as a Senior Sales Negotiator.

Throughout their career, Simon has demonstrated expertise in sales and distribution strategy, partnership development, team management, and product development. Simon'sexperience spans across different companies and industries, showcasing their versatility and adaptability in the financial sector.

Simon Dale attended Chesham High School from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained their GCE O' Levels in eight subjects. Simon then continued their education at the same school from 1985 to 1987, focusing on A' Level Mathematics and Law.
