Sam Ekanayake is an experienced supply chain professional with a diverse background in operations and replenishment across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Supply at Hanes Brands Australasia since May 2016, Sam has held various leadership positions, including Supply and Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Replenishment SME for Woolworths Limited, contributing to significant retail improvement programs, and as Replenishment Lead at Masters Home Improvement, where Sam managed extensive inventory and forecasting processes. Additionally, experience at Pacific Brands as Supply Chain Manager involved coordinating S&OP meetings and demand forecasting. Sam's career began with assistant management roles at MAS Holdings and Courtaulds Clothing Lanka. Educational qualifications include a BA in Accounting & Finance from London Metropolitan University and certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS.
