Maxim Kalina has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Maxim started their career at PrivatBank in 2010 as a Computer Technician Specialist. Maxim later became a Leading Specialist in Video Surveillance Systems and worked in that role for seven years. Following their time at PrivatBank, Maxim joined Chatbots.Studio in 2019 as a Business Analyst and Corezoid/Node-red Developer. Maxim then moved to Handy.ai in 2020, where they initially served as a Corezoid/Node-red Developer. Maxim later transitioned to the role of Head of Low Code Development and is currently the Head of Integrator/Delivery.

Maxim Kalina obtained a Master's degree in Radio Physics and Electronics from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including being a Corezoid middle developer from Corezoid Process Engine in August 2020, completing "The ultimate MySQL Bootcamp: Go from SQL Beginner to Expert" from Udemy in February 2020, finishing "ChatBots: Messenger ChatBot - DialogFlow and nodejs" from Udemy in August 2019, taking "Node-red: basics to bots" from Cognitive Class in June 2019, and completing a course on content design from boost.ai in March 2019.
