Maricar Cabral has an extensive work history in the medical field, starting as an RN at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles in 1990. Maricar then worked as a PICU Nurse at Northridge Medical Center before moving to Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital in 1997. At Joe DiMaggio, they held roles such as RN CCRN and PEPP Course Coordinator. Maricar also worked at TELEFLEX MEDICAL OEM as a Clinical Field Educator and Bristol-Myers Squibb as part of the speaker's bureau. Their most recent role was as the Director of Nursing at Pediatric Emergency Standards, Inc. Throughout their career, Maricar has gained valuable experience in nursing and education.
Maricar Cabral attended Saint Theresa College from 1973 to 1984 for high school. Maricar then pursued a medical technology degree at Cebu Institute of Medicine from 1984 to 1986, followed by studies in medicine at Velez College during the same period. Maricar completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Marshall University from 1985 to 1987, and later enrolled in Nursing at Pierce College from 1987 to 1990.
